Abstract

The article suggests a technique providing heat controllability for wireless devices at the design stage. The study shows the results of numerical experimental examination of thermal field around radio equipment by the example of a power supply БП641. Analysis of the results shows that the proposed software reliably identifies manufacturing defects.
